Doozy is an AI coworker accessed through Slack that carries out tasks across connected business tools. A team member can ask for a report, reconciliation or customer list, and the assistant gathers the relevant information and returns an artifact such as a spreadsheet or draft. Its examples include combining billing records with support conversations to explain customer churn. Work happens in a thread with a record of the steps taken, giving the team context for reviewing the result. Recurring summaries can support regular operations, while shared access lets different departments delegate their own tasks through the Slack workspace they already use.
