Skydive lets teams create cloud-based agents with defined roles, access to tools, and memory of previous work. The same agent can be reached through the web, Slack, email, or iMessage. Each agent has a computing environment for browsing, handling files, and carrying out tasks beyond answering questions in chat.

Recurring routines support monitoring and scheduled work, while connected services let agents act within the tools a team already uses. Agents can share context with one another, and users can refine their behavior through instructions and corrections. Templates cover areas such as engineering, customer support, marketing, and operations. Teams choose what to delegate and which actions require a human review.
