Meet Eight Sleep
Eight Sleep's Pod adds temperature control and sleep tracking to a bed through a mattress cover, a connected hub, and a phone app. The cover can cool or warm each side separately, so two sleepers can choose different settings. Built-in sensors collect overnight information, and the system can adjust temperature as the night progresses.
In the app, you can set preferences, review sleep and heart-rate measurements, and connect supported fitness apps. Wake-up options use warmth and vibration, while an optional Base adds position adjustments. The setup brings those controls into the bed itself, with sizes and accessories determining which functions are available.
