Meet EyesOff
EyesOff uses a computer's webcam to look for faces that appear to be watching the screen. It processes camera frames and gaze detections on the device, then triggers the response chosen by the user. Options include an alert, an overlay, switching applications, or locking the screen.
An optional walk-away mode enrolls the authorized user and can respond when another face appears after that person leaves. Users can also enable local snapshots, review them in an intrusion log, and delete them. EyesOff is available for macOS and Windows with a trial. It is designed for laptop use in shared offices, cafés, trains, libraries, and similar environments.
