FiloMail combines Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP accounts in an email client built around conversations and follow-up work. Users can read and organize messages in one app, with familiar mailbox controls alongside smart labels, reminders, and a separate view of tasks drawn from email. Desktop downloads are available for macOS and Windows.

Its optional AI features summarize long messages, help draft replies, and turn requests into suggested actions. Users can also describe mailbox tasks in plain language, such as organizing messages or clearing unwanted mail. The core email client is free, while AI access is offered through a paid plan or usage credits, letting someone choose how much assistance to add to their inbox.
