Find companies in your inbox and track data deletion requests

Ghostifier uses a connected Gmail account to identify companies that have contacted a user and organize requests to unsubscribe, stop data sales, or delete information. The initial scan produces a company list and a proposed plan. Users review that plan before requests are sent, with controls for how different types of relationships should be handled.
An activity view records outgoing requests, replies, unresolved cases, and company confirmations. The service applies protective exclusions to deletion requests for categories such as banks, healthcare providers, and recently used accounts. Ghostifier tracks responses rather than guaranteeing that every company will erase its records, and the available request process can depend on the user's location.
