Mac break reminders that adapt to meetings and time away
Keep gentle workday reminders and activity logs in your Mac’s notch

HealthyNotch places workday reminders in the Mac's notch and menu bar. It can prompt the user to take an eye break, stand up, check their posture, drink water, or pause for lunch, then provide a quick way to record the corresponding activity. A compact daily view keeps these habits visible without opening a separate dashboard.
An activity calendar shows patterns across previous days, helping users review how consistently they took breaks and logged their routines. The app stores its health-related records locally and does not require an account. It is offered as a one-time Mac license and requires macOS Sonoma 14 or later.
