Meet Mossy

Mossy is a Mac break reminder represented by a small plant in the corner of the desktop. The plant gradually wilts during active work and pauses its timer when the user leaves the computer. It offers a break without locking the screen, dimming the workspace, or forcing the user to stop.

Users can choose among several plant characters and describe the kind of break they want. An AI feature uses that preference to suggest a short activity suited to the chosen duration. The app supports both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 12 or later. Its focus is a gentle visual cue and personally chosen breaks, without streaks or scores.
