HEY is a subscription email and calendar service built around controlling who can reach your inbox. New senders first pass through the Screener, where users decide whether to accept their messages. Important conversations go to the Imbox, newsletters have a separate Feed, and receipts stay in the Paper Trail, keeping different kinds of mail from competing for attention.

Reply Later and Set Aside help users return to messages when they have time, while tracking protection blocks email spy pixels. The included calendar supports events, reminders, habits, and daily notes. HEY for Domains adds custom addresses and shared threads for teams. Users access their mail through HEY’s own web, desktop, and mobile apps; incoming messages can be forwarded from another provider, but existing mail cannot be imported.
