Hinge Health connects physical-therapy and related care services through an app, generally through participating employers and health plans. Members receive a plan for their needs and follow guided exercises, with motion analysis providing feedback during supported sessions. Care-team conversations, appointments, and recorded progress remain available in the same place.

Services can include physical therapists, orthopedic clinicians, and coaches, with virtual and in-person options. Programs cover areas such as joint and muscle problems, pelvic-floor symptoms, and balance or mobility. The member's coverage and care plan determine eligibility, equipment, and which services are included in the experience.
