Block distracting apps and make unlocking require a physical action
Link distracting-app access to a nightly sleep routine

HyperSleep is an Android app that links access to distracting applications with a user's sleep goal. People choose the apps to block, set a bedtime schedule, and use an overlay that limits access during the selected period. The app combines Google Sleep API information with motion, ambient light, and phone-use signals to estimate sleep activity.
When the selected goal is met, blocked apps become available again. Morning recaps, streaks, and scheduling options help users follow a routine, while quick breaks and overrides remain available when circumstances change. Processing stays on the device and no account or wearable is required. The app supports Android 8.0 and later; its phone-based estimates are not clinical sleep measurements.
