Track browser habits and visualize productive time through a Chrome extension
Notice browsing habits with timely pauses and attention insights

pause.do is a browser extension that helps users notice when browsing has drifted away from their intentions. It introduces short pauses when tabs accumulate, scrolling continues for a long time, or a session runs past a chosen limit. A Think First feature also prompts users to consider what they want to accomplish before opening distracting sites or sending an AI prompt.
An Attention Map and browsing insights show how focus shifts throughout the day, including repeated tab switching and patterns of overload. Users can adjust sensitivity, disable individual pause types, and set focused work periods. The extension supports Chromium-based browsers and Firefox, with attention data kept on the device for reviewing personal habits.
