Meet Kompassify

Kompassify is a toolkit for creating onboarding and engagement experiences inside a web product. Teams build tours, checklists, tooltips, and hotspots to guide users through important actions. Segment targeting and scheduling help present the relevant guidance or announcement at the right stage of a user's experience.

The platform also includes NPS and custom surveys for collecting feedback within the application. Analytics track engagement, completion, and drop-off across the onboarding elements, giving teams information for improving them over time. Product teams can manage these experiences through visual tools rather than building a separate implementation for each tour or announcement.
