Meet Lookout for Slack

Lookout monitors selected Slack channels for messages that match rules described in plain language. A team can ask it to watch for customers who cannot log in, a specific production error, or a valuable new subscription. When it identifies a match, it carries out a configured action, such as creating a Linear issue, sending a direct message, or adding a reaction.

Setup centers on three choices: what to look for, where to look, and what should happen next. The app is useful for teams whose support requests and operational alerts arrive in Slack and need timely routing. It is currently available in beta.
