It reads shortlisted posts and comments, scores their fit, and explains the phrase or request that made each match worth considering. Users can inspect the original discussion and community rules before deciding whether to participate.
The workspace also tracks competitor recommendations and identifies Reddit threads that already appear in search results. Scheduled scans and alerts help a team follow new activity over time. lurk does not post or send direct messages on the user's behalf. A hosted free option is available within usage limits, and the open-source application can be self-hosted.
