Mac Duo
Make your MacBook display fold like glass as you move its lid.
Meet Mac Duo
Mac Duo adds an animated glass effect to compatible MacBooks when their lids move. It reads the hinge sensor and makes a frosted pane lift away from the display at the speed of the user's hand. Pausing the lid pauses the animation, while opening it reverses the movement.
The effect uses a modeled surface that tilts and catches light, inspired by the folding animation on iPhone Duo. It is a small visual addition to everyday laptop use rather than a separate workspace. Mac Duo supports listed MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models running macOS Sonoma or later and is sold as a one-time purchase for up to five Macs.
