Maple connects patients in Canada with licensed doctors and nurse practitioners remotely. Patients describe a concern, then consult through supported text, audio, or video options. Services include same-day care, ongoing-condition care, prescription renewals, and additional specialties.

A practitioner decides whether a care plan, prescription, laboratory requisition, or referral is appropriate. Prescriptions can be sent to a pharmacy, and records remain in the platform. Membership and available services determine access. Clinical decisions stay with the practitioner reviewing the case, while the account provides a place to arrange the consultation and return to its associated information.
