Manage MCP connections and agent skills across desktop AI clients

mTarsier is an open-source desktop manager for MCP servers and agent skills. It detects supported AI clients on a computer and provides a shared view of their configurations, making it easier to see which tools are connected and where they are installed. The app runs locally on macOS, Windows, and Linux without requiring an account.
Users can edit configuration files with JSON validation, browse available servers and skills, inspect skill contents, and deploy selected items to multiple clients. Automatic backups and rollback help recover from configuration mistakes. A companion command-line tool supports inspection, installation, and synchronization, while exportable snapshots let teammates reuse a setup without manually recreating each client's configuration.
