Meet NEO
NEO is a humanoid home robot designed to help with chores and everyday conversation. Its soft body, tendon-driven joints, and articulated hands are built for moving through living spaces and handling household objects. Owners can speak to NEO or use its mobile app to schedule tasks, monitor activity, and communicate remotely. Redwood AI connects visual understanding with physical actions, while a built-in language model supports questions and context-aware conversation. NEO can also manage its own charging. The robot is offered through Early Access with foundational autonomy, so it does not independently handle every task. For unfamiliar chores, owners can schedule a 1X Expert to remotely supervise its actions and help it learn. Reservations are available through the official product site.
