Filter advertising and unwanted domains through configurable DNS settings
Filter DNS requests with custom security, tracking and parental controls

NextDNS filters DNS requests using configurable domain rules. Users enable threat feeds, advertising or tracking blocklists, and their own allow or deny lists. Parental controls add category restrictions, service blocking, and access schedules to a configuration.
Encrypted DNS connections and device setup options apply the configuration across supported platforms. Logs and analytics show the requests handled, with choices for retention, storage region, or disabling logging. Filtering works at the DNS layer rather than carrying all traffic through a VPN. A household or organization can create different configurations for devices, choosing which domain rules and reporting settings each group should use.
