Meet NotchOwl

NotchOwl brings a compact daily workspace to the area around a Mac's notch. Users hover there or press a shortcut to open tasks, quick notes, calendar events, and focus controls. It also works on displays without a notch, making the same planning tools available across different Mac setups.

A task can be paired with a countdown or stopwatch, with controls to pause, resume, or add time. The daily notepad saves while typing and can turn a line into a task. An activity view summarizes completed work and focus time. Planner data stays on the Mac. The app is available for Apple silicon Macs through a one-time license and a direct download.
