Meet OnyX

OnyX collects macOS maintenance and configuration operations in a graphical utility. Users can check system-file structure, clear selected caches, remove certain files or folders, and rebuild databases or indexes. It also uninstalls applications and changes parameters in Finder, the Dock, Safari, and other Apple software. The operations let a user select the particular maintenance task or setting rather than enter its underlying command manually.
