Bring wearable readings, lab reports, and health trends into one dashboard
Build health applications with unified wearable data and open scoring algorithms

Open Wearables gives development teams a common interface for collecting and working with data from wearable devices. Its self-hosted API connects services such as Apple Health, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, and Strava, then normalizes and deduplicates their data. OAuth connections and webhooks handle authorization and incoming updates.
The platform includes open algorithms for health scores, with thresholds that teams can inspect and adjust for their users. An AI reasoning layer identifies patterns across scores, while configurable coaching profiles adapt its responses to different applications. Released under the MIT license, Open Wearables is intended for teams building wellness, performance, or health monitoring products on infrastructure they control.
