Turn coding agents into research assistants that run experiments
Bring the people and sources you follow into your AI research context

Opyt builds a research library from the people and sources a user already follows. It connects to supported X and Substack activity, then gathers material such as posts, newsletters, blogs, repositories, and papers in the background. Users confirm the people they want to track and can ask what has changed since their last visit.
The library is available through MCP-compatible assistants, including desktop coding tools and supported browser connectors. Search results link back to their sources, allowing the user to inspect the material behind an answer. Opyt runs on a Mac and can share selected context with collaborators. Its open-source project documents installation, data sources, and the limits imposed by each connected platform.
