Meet PopTask
PopTask is a task manager for iPhone, iPad, and Mac that interprets dates, times, and repeating schedules from ordinary language. Users can type a rough reminder and review the proposed task before adding it. The app separates upcoming and overdue work, offers snoozing, and can break a larger task into smaller steps.
Its optional Pop voice assistant helps users talk through their day and suggests scheduling choices for approval. Calendar connections include Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and Reminders, with iCloud keeping tasks available across devices. On the Mac, users can open a compact menu bar view or a regular window, making quick capture accessible during other work.
