Meet Prompt Bridge
Prompt Bridge is a browser extension for keeping useful context when moving between AI chat tools. It captures conversations from services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and DeepSeek, then makes saved context available to insert into another assistant's input box. Long conversations can be compressed into summaries before being reused.
The extension detects the active AI platform when the user changes tabs, reducing the need to reconfigure each transfer. It is designed for people who use different assistants for different tasks but want to carry their earlier discussion forward. Prompt Bridge is available through the Chrome Web Store, works with compatible Chromium browsers, and does not require registration.
