Reader Alive is an iPhone and iPad ebook reader for EPUB, PDF, MOBI, and AZW3 files. Users bring their own books into a library through options such as Files, AirDrop, iCloud Drive, Wi-Fi transfer, or the iOS Share Sheet. Reading controls adjust fonts, themes, page mode, and scrolling.

AI tools work alongside the text being read. A user can translate a passage or chapter, listen through text-to-speech, request a summary, or ask questions grounded in the book. Other views organize ideas as timelines or action lists. iCloud synchronization keeps the library and reading position available across the user’s Apple devices.
