Meet REAPER

REAPER is a desktop workstation for recording, editing, mixing, and mastering audio and MIDI. Tracks can hold different media types, with multichannel routing, effects, automation, and take management available within the project. It supports a range of audio hardware, media formats, and plug-ins on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Users can tailor the workspace through layouts, keyboard actions, macros, and scripts. Rendering tools export a complete mix or batches of tracks and regions, with loudness and metadata controls for preparing the files.
