Meet remio

remio is an AI workspace that brings files, meetings, emails, and web research together as context for new work. Users can search across those sources, ask questions, and create documents, spreadsheets, or presentations. Built-in viewers and editors let them review the resulting files alongside the material used to produce them.

The desktop app includes local indexing, recording, and transcription, with options to use cloud models, personal API keys, or a local model. Connectors bring in information from existing work tools, and source references help users check answers. remio also supports meeting capture without inviting a bot, making recorded conversations searchable alongside other project knowledge.
