Scheduled is an AI assistant for arranging meetings through email conversations. It reads availability across connected calendars, recognizes messages that involve scheduling, and proposes times that fit the user’s commitments. The assistant also learns preferences such as meeting length and communication style, using that context when drafting its responses.

The service handles the exchange of proposed times and confirmations, bringing scheduling work into the existing email thread. Multiple calendars can represent personal availability, shared team schedules, or other commitments. A subscription includes ongoing scheduling conversations after a trial period. The project also publishes its source code for people who prefer to inspect or run the software themselves.
