Sometimes: A Poem Arrives

Receive poems chosen for the hour, season, and optional local weather

Meet Sometimes: A Poem Arrives

Sometimes: A Poem Arrives is a poetry app for iPhone and iPad that delivers occasional verses according to the hour and season. When a forecast is available, weather can also help select a poem, with the conditions remembered alongside its arrival. Optional area selection works without requesting location permission.

Home and lock screen widgets make poems visible throughout the day, while notifications announce new arrivals. Readers can save favorites into a personal anthology and share poems as image cards. The poems work offline; only weather information needs a connection. The app requires no account and also runs as an iPad app on Apple-silicon Macs.
