Dictate into Mac apps with local speech models and optional editing

Stenox turns spoken words into text inside Mac applications. Users choose a local speech model, trigger recording with a shortcut, and insert the resulting text where they are working. App-specific profiles can hold different model choices, vocabulary replacements, and writing preferences.
An optional Polish action rewrites text only when requested, using a chosen local model or supported external provider. Original wording remains available in history. The app also includes meeting-note tools for capturing microphone and system audio without adding a bot to the call. Stenox is aimed at people who want a configurable dictation workflow while retaining control over when text is processed locally or sent elsewhere.
