Tally

Meet Tally

Tally builds online forms in an editor that works like a document. Type a question, insert the appropriate input block, and arrange the flow on the page. Forms can collect files, ratings, signatures, and payments as well as written answers. Conditional logic and calculations let later questions depend on earlier responses. You can adjust the design and share the form through a link, embed, or popup. Integrations send submissions to tools such as Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, and Slack, while webhooks connect custom workflows. A survey, application, or quiz can therefore feed its answers into the place where the team processes them.
