Carry working context between AI chat and terminal tasks
Visualize coding-agent activity in a 3D workspace

Termi Protocol is a visual workspace that represents AI coding agents as characters working in a 3D room. It connects to supported command-line agents and turns reads, edits, and commands into visible activity, while a command center provides access to the underlying terminal. Developers bring their own agents and model access.
Task boards, project memory, checkpoints, and session costs help track work across several agents. Approval alerts call attention to requests that need a decision, and saved room state lets users return to their workspace later. Room customization and progression features add a game-like presentation around development activity. The initial Milano environment is available, while additional themed environments are listed on the product roadmap.
