Answer internal questions from a maintained company knowledge base

Tettra is an internal knowledge base for collecting team information and answering recurring questions. You can create pages or bring in existing material from Google Docs, Notion, PDFs, and other files. Its Kai assistant searches that content when someone asks a question in Tettra or Slack and helps route questions it cannot answer to a person.
Subject experts can regularly verify important pages, review proposed edits, and identify gaps in the available knowledge. These maintenance tools support information that changes over time, such as policies, procedures, and operating instructions. Teams can build on documents they already have and keep the answers connected to people who know the subject.
