Transit plans local journeys using nearby buses, trains, bikeshare, and walking connections. The app shows transportation options around the user and brings directions together for reaching a destination. Local agency data and other sources determine which services and arrival information are available.

GO guides riders through a trip and uses voluntary rider location sharing to add information for people nearby. A trip link can also be shared with someone waiting for the rider. Feedback tools collect observations about service and facilities for work with transport agencies. Riders can review the walk to a stop, a connection, and the remaining journey in the same app.
