Twos collects notes, tasks, reminders, events, and links in daily lists. New items go into Today, and unfinished tasks move forward to the next day. Search and AI questions provide ways to retrieve earlier information after it leaves the current list.
Web, desktop, and mobile apps offer different capture points. Calendar syncing, Apple Reminders connections, and notebook imports bring existing material across. Twos Plus adds AI, templates, and customization to basic writing. A quick thought can remain a note or become a task, with its place in the daily record preserving when it was captured and what still needs doing.
