Viadence gives chauffeur and transfer companies a branded booking page connected to their day-to-day operations. Supported pricing includes distance and hourly rates, minimum fares, extras, and round-trip adjustments.
Reservations appear on a shared board where staff can confirm jobs and assign drivers and vehicles. Drivers receive route, passenger, flight, and trip notes, while customers follow progress through a private trip page. Payment and deposit options connect to the operator's Stripe account on supported plans, bringing the booking, dispatch, and customer updates together.
