Wayne's GoldCore brings Windows system adjustments and game configuration tools into a desktop app for PC players. It scans installed hardware and games, explains individual changes, and offers reversible tweaks with risk information where applicable. The free tier works without an account on Windows 10 and 11.

Paid features add tools for examining latency, configuring processor affinity, organizing games, and comparing performance before and after an individual adjustment. Its Tweak Verification Lab measures frame rates against a running game and then reverts the test change. Players can use those observations to decide which settings suit their own hardware instead of assuming that every tweak improves performance.
