Keep offline developer utilities in the Mac menu bar

Wring is a macOS menu bar toolkit for routine development tasks that can be handled locally. It includes utilities for inspecting JWTs, formatting JSON, testing regular expressions, generating hashes, comparing text, and converting timestamps. Additional tools cover encoding, cron expressions, colors, UUIDs, environment variables, and system load.
Users can reorder frequently used tools and switch between visible tabs with keyboard shortcuts, keeping small checks close to the app they are working in. The application requires no account and processes tool input on the Mac. Its environment-variable manager stores secret values in macOS Keychain and can protect access with system authentication. Wring requires macOS 26 or later.
