YAGNI provides managed AI-agent teams for software work in an existing codebase. YAGNI handles agent setup, tuning, and operational issues as part of the managed service. The initial engagement scopes the work and establishes a monthly arrangement. Its output is reviewed changes and progress reporting, with engineering decisions retained by the customer.
