A Final Message lets people prepare private letters and practical information for loved ones to receive if they can no longer respond. Users create an account, write messages for selected recipients, and choose how often the service should check in by email and text. Each check-in asks the user to confirm that they are safe.
If a check-in is missed, the service describes two further attempts at seven-day intervals before personal delivery of the messages. A letter can explain where important records are kept, identify useful contacts, or share something personal with family and friends. Users can plan those communications in advance and keep the information organized.
