Meet Boom

Boom is a macOS app for live presentations and screen recordings with production controls built into the capture process. Users can switch between camera and screen layouts, zoom into details, and add logos, lower thirds, or backgrounds while presenting. The resulting recording includes those changes, reducing the need to assemble them afterward in an editor.

Boom works as a camera source in video-call applications and supports built-in webcams, external cameras, and an iPhone camera. It can also capture iPhone or iPad screens for demonstrations. Keyboard shortcuts, a floating remote, and Stream Deck support keep controls accessible during tutorials, client presentations, and recorded walkthroughs.
