Built for Devs is a platform for understanding why developers discover, evaluate, adopt, or abandon a technical product. Its planned tools cover developer research, product evaluations, positioning, documentation, and channel discovery. Teams can use those findings to identify where onboarding, messaging, or distribution creates friction for their intended audience.

The offering combines a developer research network with software tools and a separate strategy service. Evaluations may involve matched human participants or coding agents attempting real product workflows. Shared company profiles and saved research are intended to carry context across the web app, API, CLI, and MCP access. The current website presents the tool suite as a preview with a waiting list.
