Meet BusyCal
BusyCal combines calendar accounts and tasks in customizable views. On Mac, change the days or weeks shown, edit event details in a side panel, and use tags and filters to select the work you want to see. Natural-language input creates events and tasks from typed descriptions.
A menu bar calendar shows upcoming commitments and provides quick entry. Unfinished tasks remain visible as dates move on. Accounts such as iCloud, Google, and Microsoft services connect the schedule across supported Mac and mobile apps. The calendar service carries those changes between devices, while the main app maintains synchronization with the connected accounts.
