Meeting notes can link to events and other notes, while weekly pages support Markdown, tables, task lists, and nested content. A unified inbox brings personal and work invitations together so users can review upcoming commitments and respond in one place.

Calendar suggestions identify opportunities to group meetings or protect focus time, then connect those blocks with tasks from recent notes. Built-in MCP support lets compatible AI assistants retrieve calendar and project context and write results back into structured notes. Desktop and mobile apps make the same planning approach available across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android.
