Meet CDK Insights
CDK Insights analyzes AWS CDK projects before their infrastructure changes reach AWS. Local static checks identify security, cost, reliability, and operational issues, then connect findings to the original construct, source file, and line. Optional AI analysis adds explanations using selected infrastructure context.
Teams can record existing findings as a baseline and review only new risks in later changes. Severity gates, suppressions, GitHub Actions, and multiple report formats carry the same evidence into code review and CI. Supported mechanical fixes can be proposed for review, while architecture graphs and deployment comparisons help explain wider effects. Static scanning can begin locally without creating an account.
