CmdRound helps recruiters assess how a developer works with an AI coding agent on a practical task. Send a candidate a link to a round, where they receive a problem and a fixed amount of time to work with Claude Code. The recruiter receives a scorecard and replay of the session, creating a basis for discussing the candidate's approach rather than relying only on a final code sample. The service offers candidate packs for different hiring volumes and a demo that shows the flow from task to review. It is aimed at teams whose development process includes coding agents and who want their assessment to reflect that working environment.
