Plan coding changes before approving an agent to edit files

Coderrr is an open-source command-line coding agent built around a planning and approval workflow. It reads a project, prepares requirements, design notes, and a task list, and presents the plan before editing application files. Users can adjust that plan or decline it before execution begins.
After approval, the agent works through the tasks and runs commands in a scratch copy or a container when available. It supports several model providers, including local models through Ollama, and uses the user’s own credentials. MCP connections add external tools, while saved specification files give later sessions a record of the intended changes and completed work.
