DataHub organizes metadata and business context around an organization's data. Teams can discover datasets, inspect schemas and ownership, trace lineage, and examine the downstream effects of a change. The open-source project and commercial cloud service provide different operating arrangements. APIs, SDKs, and MCP connections expose context to other applications and AI workflows.
